Reinhard was a partner at the Frankfurt offices of the US firm Morgan Lewis and the UK firm Allen & Overy, and Rolf was a partner at Clifford Chance’s Dusseldorf and Warsaw offices and subsequently served for five years as general counsel and chief compliance officer of the German blue chip company Metro AG, with worldwide sales of nearly US$ 100 billion.
